Inflated Creations was built on love and creativity. Specializing in Organic Balloon Garlands, Balloon Arches and Columns.
Inflated Creations is a locally family owned business beginning its journey, Summer of 2020. The pandemic brought many of our lives to a halt. However, Inflated Creations was invested in not allowing the pandemic to take away smiles.
We provide safe ways to celebrate events & milestones with, contactless drop-off for outdoor events and off site preparation, for quick setup.

We service the Chicagoland and it’s surrounding suburbs and States.
Pricing is based on location, balloon colors and availability, as well as your style choice. (Organic Garlands, Columns, Aches, Balloon Walls, Balloon Ceilings, Balloon Bouquets, Balloon Mosaic etc.) We ask that you complete the questionnaire found by clicking the, "Request A Quote" button or found under, "Contact us" on our home page.
We recommend you book no less then 2 weeks before your scheduled event. This helps us to assure we have the availability and gives us enough time to purchase any necessary items in time for your special event.
Yes, a deposit is required. This should be done upon booking. This secures your date and allows us to make any necessary purchases for your special event. Deposits are normally half of your total cost.
We use quality balloons that are environmentally friendly. However, balloon longevity, varies. Our balloons can last for weeks depending on storage environment and care.
In order for us to achieve the work that you see in our photo displays, particular quality brand balloons are used and last weeks on end. So, unfortunately, we do not use clients balloons.
Yes, we do!
Definitely! We can attach to banister, tents, gazebos, cars, etc. Just ask in your quote and we'll let you know!
Yes, but a holiday fee will apply.
Delivery fee/Pick-up fee is separate from your balloon creation. It would be incorporated in your final cost and displayed in your invoice breakdown. This fee is based on your event distance from the South Suburbs of Chicago.
Minimum Booking Window
Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than the event day. Bookings are not confirmed or accepted until the retainer has been received.
The retainer covers:
• planning time
• design time
• communication and preparation
• holding your event date
• materials allocated for your event
**Necessary materials are purchased immediately after booking to ensure availability for your event date.
Design Process
A complimentary color palette or mood board is provided based on availability and the details shared. Custom digital mock-ups are available upon request for a $75 non-refundable fee. Mock-ups are optional and not included unless purchased. Design and planning time is rendered regardless of whether a mock-up is requested.
Changes & Revisions
• Up to 2 revisions are included after booking
• All changes must be requested no later than 10 days prior to the event date
• Changes requested within 10 days cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional costs based on availability
• Additional revisions beyond the included amount may result in added fees
Cancellations & Refunds
A cancellation is defined as any decision not to proceed with the event for any reason, including design alignment concerns.
Per our policy:
• The retainer is non-refundable
• It covers planning, design, materials, and reserving the event date
Refunds beyond this policy are not guaranteed and, if offered, are provided solely at the discretion of Inflated Creations LLC as a one-time courtesy.
Balloon Services & Payment Threshold
All balloon services are custom-prepared and professionally installed.
• Orders under $250 require full payment at the time of booking
• Orders $250 and above follow the standard 50% retainer structure
• All balloon services are non-refundable once prepared or scheduled
This applies to, but is not limited to:
• helium balloon bundles
• small installations
• balloon centerpiece
Delivery & Installation
Inflated Creations LLC provides professional delivery and installation for all balloon services.
If décor items or equipment require retrieval, breakdown and cleanup will be performed upon our return at the scheduled time. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the space for retrieval of Inflated Creations LLC property.
Pickup services by the client are not offered.
Additional fees may apply if:
Balloons, Rentals & Décor Items
Clients are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged rental items, which will be billed accordingly.
